Independence Day BBQ
One of the most popular summer celebrations has to be the Fourth of July. But you can make your July 4th bash really stand out with backyard party tent rentals. You can decorate your tents with patriotic flag banners and rent linens in traditional red, white, and blue. Fill mason jars with marbles or fresh flowers and tie ribbons or twine around the rim. Most importantly, don’t forget about the food! July is National Ice Cream Month, and the third Sunday in July is known as National Ice Cream Day. What better way to commemorate the day and cool off from the summer heat than to throw your very own ice cream social? Go all-out with an expansive ice cream sundae bar, featuring different flavors of ice cream, syrups and sauces, sprinkles, chopped nuts, all kinds of candy, whipped topping, and fresh fruit. You can offer your guests classic sundae bowls or let them choose between sugar and waffle cones. You could even have sodas on-hand so they can make floats! Decorate your table and chair rentals in pinks, yellows, and minty greens or go retro with some fifties flair. For a party of 15, you’ll need at least 200 napkins — but since these parties can be a bit messy, you might need to plan for more.
Midsummer Eve Carousal
For true romantics, a Midsummer backyard party is just the thing to kick off the season. On June 24, invite your guests to an after-dark feast filled with candlelight and merriment. If you love Shakespeare’s Midsummer Night’s Dream, you can create your own fairyland right in your rental tent. String up twinkle lights, cover tables in flowers, and decorate your rental chairs with scarves and comfy cushions. Serve grilled meats and vegetables, seasonal fruits, cheeses, and plenty of sweet desserts.
